What You’ll Do

  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for TheySway.

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and other stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and developments, and identify new business opportunities.

  • Develop and present proposals and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value of TheySway's services.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, and manage the sales process from start to finish.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product, and delivery, to ensure successful delivery of projects.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Who You Are

  • A seasoned business development professional with at least 5 years of experience in the field.

  • A strategic thinker with a track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • An excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.

  • A skilled negotiator and closer, able to effectively manage the sales process from start to finish.

  • Data-driven, with experience in tracking and analyzing sales performance.

  • A team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Passionate about driving growth and success, with a strong desire to help businesses succeed through marketing solutions.
